GaG weigh in Sept 8

This is the second weigh in I am so excited I went from 160 ~ 158 !!!!
I will do the same or better this week!
I want to thank you all for the encouraging words.
And for telling me to eat I'm doing better still not going
over 1000 calories most days but not starving either.
That's a good thing right?

Hey! Congrats on the loss!!! Keep eating, though. You don't want to lose muscle, you want to lose fat. Ya gotta eat.

How funny to say that during a diet challenge.

Your doing great shelly! Just keep making that progress foward. Soon your metabolism will be sparked and I imagine you will have a few HUNGRY days soon as it is awakened!

Sounds like great process when you compare to the 500 something calories you were posting last week. Do you feel any different when you eat more? Like more energy?

If you're keeping to really low calories - pleas keep an eye on nutrition, okay? You'll need those vitamins & minerals to keep you healthy this fall/winter!

If you up the daily intake, then your body will up the burn! I have seen it happen, I promise! Congrats on 2 lbs down. Hope you have a great week. :D

(P.S. I agree with Actual Scale, take a daily vitamin and get some Omega 3s too! ♥)

Congrats on the loss Shelly! Looks like you are doing good! Make sure you eat enough or you'll stop losing weight and put your body into starvation mode!
