Dinner~ 1 serving of ready brown rice with 1/4 cup light kidney beans with a side salad with slice of fatfree cheese and fat free ranch dressing
Snack~Emerald Cocoa Roast Almonds 100 calorie pack

afternoon snack~16 Lite wheat thins and a slice of fat free cheese
Dinner~2 oz spaghetti with chili on top

It can get tedious at times, but it sure helps me when I do it. :)

Great job on keeping track of everything. Since your scale is really limited in weight I wouldn't be too dissapointed week after week. I bet you'll see a big loss next week! Maybe it's time to invest in a new scale. ;)
